I offer two types of sessions tailored to meet your individual needs. My approach is focused on understanding and responding to what you require, providing an authentic experience. Sessions are held at various locations across Mid-Essex so please refer to the specific session you're booking onto for a specific location.
Individual (1-1)
Individual sessions provide a personalised experience and are best suited for those who find groups challenging to navigate. Choose this option if you wish to engage with the practice in solitude.
Groups (of 2)
Group sessions are made up of two participants and offer a broader experience. They are best suited for couples, friends, siblings, family members or simply individuals who wish to experience forest therapy with another.
